What is Herb & Root's return policy?
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unused products within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at service@herbandroot.com o initiate a return.
How will I know if my order has been received?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your package ships, you'll also receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.
How do I check the status of an order I have placed?
Log in using the icon on the top right corner of the page, then to go to the "Order History" section. You will see all your Herb & Root orders along with their status and USPS tracking numbers. If you are already logged in, click on "Your Account" (located on the top frame), then click on "Order History."
Can I request samples?
We send samples in every order placed on our website. If there is a particular fragrance you would like to try, please let us know in the order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your request. We also have a Sample Set available to purchase.
