At Herb & Root, every order is packed by hand in our studio just outside Austin, Texas. We’re a small team, and we care deeply about getting your ritual to you safely and quickly.
Shipping
Processing Time
Orders ship within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During launches or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer — but we always do our best to move quickly.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship via USPS, UPS, or other trusted carriers depending on destination
Please note: Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Herb & Root is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend checking with neighbors and contacting your local carrier directly.
International Shipping
We do not currently ship internationally, but our products will be available for purchase in the UK and EU in 2026.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your order.
If something isn’t right, we accept returns for any reason within 30 days of purchase.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

For hygiene, safety, and quality control reasons, we are only able to accept returns on items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

Discovery sets and sample products are final sale and not eligible for return.
Return Shipping
We charge $6.95 for return shipping, which will be deducted from your final refund once we receive the items back.
Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once the return is processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days at:
