Herb and Root just contacted me regarding the caking issue with the lavender dusting powder; they are replacing it. Now that is exceptional customer service.
I love the feel of the powder. The scent is great. But the container it comes in is a hassle and needs to be improved.
The UPS delivery finally arrived, the other one is still pending, thank you very much, the delay is not the fault of the supplier but of the terrible postal service.
