Our Fragrance Discovery Sample Set allows you to explore five of your choosing before committing to a full-size bottle. Each scent is presented in a single-use fragrance towelette, designed to unfold naturally on skin and reveal its true character throughout the day.

Q Are these Oils or Sprays?
These are samples of our perfume oils, but the fragrances are the same as those we use in both oil and alcohol-based spray.
Q How many uses can we get per sample?
Each sample comes with one towelette that you can apply and wear once. You can determine how it interacts to your skin chemistry and how long it will last on your skin.
Q Are the fragrances safe to use?
All of our fragrances are phthalate and paraben free, made with skin-safe ingredients.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping (U.S.)
$6.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Orders ship within 2 business days via USPS Ground, with tracking provided. We currently ship within the United States and plan to expand to the EU and UK in March 2026.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery on unused, unopened products. A prepaid return label is provided, and $6.95 return shipping is deducted from the refund.

Perfume OilSample Set
The minute I started cracking open the little sample packets, I was in love! I am a “scent girl”, and I always wear some sort of scent, no matter what day, time, or event. I can be picky about what I consider to be exceptional quality. This was my first time ordering from this company, and the scents were all so lovely, that I couldn’t decide on which ones to go back and order in the full bottle. That being said, a couple of my sample wipes were fairly dried out when I opened them. So, I would suggest either a full saturation of the wipes, or a new method of packaging the samples.
I got 5 different to see what I would like. Found a scent I liked and now ordered a larger amount of that. A couple seemed kinda dry, but I was able to get enough scent out of them.
I have used Herb & Root’s gardenia and moonflower fragrance and they are amazing!
I purchased the sample pack to gift for my hairdresser; since there was 2 packets of hummingbird I tried one. Sadly it was dried out with no fragrance or moisture. Leery, I then opened the other Hummingbird sample and it was dry as a bone. The fragrance samples were then opened only to find them all dried out with no scent or fragrance at all. Initially I was sent a replacement for the Hummingbird scent but have not heard back about the others :/
I was able to make a choice and order, but a couple of the samples/towelettes were so dry I could only sniff at them with nothing to actually transfer to my skin.
i bought 2 samplers, some favorites & some to explore. the swatches are on warm windowsills in my bedroom and office, as well as clipped to my car vents. aromatherapy. when they begin to fade, i toss them in a clothing drawer, sachet style.
